I want to know if I can still register a Serif's software. I visited the official website but it doesn't appear in their product list?

If the products is not listed on the Serif's website, most likely you can't register it. However, to be sure, I suggest you contact the developers. You can get in touch with them using +44 115 9145479 phone number.
