The Dell Media Experience is not working properly. All I get is a black screen. What can I do?

I have the same problem of a blank screen

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. If you no longer have the installation package, you will need to contact Dell in order to obtain it, because the software is not available for public downloading. Also, try updating your video card drivers and make sure that all unnecessary applications are closed.
