I have downloaded the software and I installed it in my computer. I was asked to enter a password and to confirm it. Now, when I want to lock a folder, I type the password, but the folder doesn't get locked. Can you help me to lock the folder?
Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. If not, I suggest you use another utility from Software Informer database. Many of them are free of charge and easy to install and use. Also, I recommend you use a password manager to store the password because if you lost it, you will not be able to unlock your files and folders.
