I used to have Acer Crystal Webcam program but I think it got deleted when my laptop was infected with a virus. I can't find it. I don't know what to do.

You need to visit Acer Support and look for your laptop model. Once the laptop is identified, you can browse the Downloads section to look for drivers and software associated with your webcam.
