Unfortunately, the DiskTools software seems to be discontinued and no longer supported by its developer. However, you can still download it if you access the first link from Google search engine. Just scroll down to DiskTools, click the first Download icon, save the file to your computer, extract the installer using WinRAR or WinZip and install the program following the on-screen instructions:
