For adding a router to your computer, you will have to configure its settings. Go to Start, Run, type cmd and in the newly opened interface type again ipconfig /all. Open your web browser, type the Default Gateway address written in the previous tab, hit Enter and follow the instructions. But you will still need to install the corresponding Wireless LAN Driver for your device, in order to connect to the Internet.
