When talking my voice is heard at the other end but the voice of other party is not heard by me. Please advice me the method to correct this situation.
This is a problem with their input device. If you can hear sounds on your computer, the problem is on the other end. You might need to ask the other user to check his sound card input settings then you can restart the conversation.
