All my scans are inverted (black instead of white).

I'm using PaperPort 10 with a Xerox Documate 510 scanner and all my scans are inverted (black instead of white). Can you help?

Try resetting the settings or perform a hard reset.

In order to fix the issue, open the application, click the Scan Manager icon and deselect the Invert Image option. It is the first button you will see in the window represented by an icon with man in suite . If it doesn't work, go to Start, type avscan32.ini in the search field, right-click on the file and open it in Notepad. Change the Invert Image option from 0 to 1 or 1 to 0, save the file and reboot the PC.
