I purchased a Dell laptop that has Cyberlink PowerDVD DX installed on it. I have tried several times to play DVD's on it, but can not. Every time I put in a DVD it tells me the DVD's region code does not match my DVD player's code. Then asks if I want to change or keep my player's code. I just ran the online update and tried again with two different DVDs and got the same thing. What do I do know?

Thanks.

Try to rip the DVDs using DVDFab because the software will allow you to change the region code so that you can play them later. PowerDVD allows you to specify different sources where you can access your files. While doing the conversion, make sure to rip the DVDs to a known format, then you can play then using PowerDVD.
