How can I download the program? It keeps taking me to the web page of the application.

after u get your required software fallow these steps 1: click to the software u want 2:next page opens which ask u to download software , so clock to download 3. if there is delay in the download than there is another option , which is underlined web address so try from it. 4. download starts

You can't download Express Labeler because it comes only packaged with Roxio Creator. Its price is around 99.99 dollars and you can purchase it from the official web page. Click the Buy Now button, select Buy Download and follow the provided instructions.
