How I unlock encrypted file? It says it's not supported on the Polaris viewer.

I did not put fingerprint locker in Calif and the encrypted file is not supported. How do I open and remove it?

First you need to unlock the file with the application that you've used to encrypt the files in the first place then use Polaris to open it. Polaris is just a document viewer/office suite which can't encrypt or decrypt files. If you try to open the the encrypted files in Polaris you will receive a non supported file error.
