Is the registry cleaner feature on Windows Doctor 100% safe ? If I just click repair for the 952 errors it founds, will anything bad happen?

I am running Windows Doctor 2.7.4.0 on my Windows 8 Asus Ultrabook. I am just wondering, because many people are scared about 'Registry Cleaners' and how they 'speed up' the computer, if I just click 'repair' to fix all the 952 errors it found, will I encounter any viruses or, rather, will anything bad happen to my computer? Or is it 100% safe to just fix everything it finds?

To make sure that everything is in its place after cleaning, create a backup first, then perform the cleaning. It is possible that those 952 errors contain important registry keys and if they're deleted, you could compromise system's stability. Try to perform the cleaning and then observe the behavior. Instead of using this application, pick an alternative, something much safer from this point of view. CCleaner is a good choice and its among the best registry cleaners ever developed.
