Problem with Toshiba webcam.

I have a problem with my webcam, if I use the webcam I can see the other person and the audio works fine but he can't see me. Can you help?

The webcam should be properly installed before it can be used. Install the drivers from the support CD disk then re-plug the device and the operating system should be able to work with the device correctly.

Another solution is to use the software you're using to chat and go to configuration options and select the proper webcam to be used during video calls.
