AutoCAD 2013 is a pretty new application, I mean, its latest version has been completely changed from the previous ones. In this case, you will need to take extra configuration steps. Unsupported files can cause bad compatibility between the applications. It is most likely that AutoCAD does not support the previously used files. Try to perform a downgrade of the program, then repeat the printing process. If it works, you will be sure that it's AutoCAD's fault for not supporting the file format anymore.
