Is automatically upload enabled for files in case of downloading with Express Downloader (use of BitTorrent) or not?

As its name suggests, automatic upload is handled automatically: when you download a file, it automatically uploads and sends data to other requesters of the same file. Basically yes, automatic upload is enabled in downloading mode when you use BitTorrent.
