Can anyone please recommend the SDK for a 433.92 mhz receiver and transmitter?

You should look for RFXtrx433 USB and if you plan to buy it, you will also have the possibility to request the SDK. Alternatively, please contact the manufacturer of the device and ask for SDK resources.
