If the application does not have additional installation requirements, sometimes you can just copy the installation folder to a USB drive and then copy it onto the new computer and run it. It's the most simple method available which works in 90% of the transfer cases.
If this method doesn't work for you, you should obtain a new setup package and a new update, in case you face compatibility issues with your old applications.
