The printer does not need advanced configuration. You just need a WiFi router which is configured to broadcast the network. It needs to be configured to allow all kind of devices. Mac Address filtering should be disabled. You can use the printer's setup menu to search for your network and then initiate the connection. If you want to print OTA (Over The Air) you will need to make sure that all devices are connected to the same network.
