I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note N7000. When I connect it to my PC (Windows XP or Windows 7) it shows that it's recharging but the USB Storage is not detected. The next problem is related to device functionality. It hangs and I need to reset it. I press Volume Up + Home + Power button and it enters Download mode. It says not to turn off the phone but I waited 12 hours and it's in the same mode. Can you help me?

The mode you have entered is used exclusively for flashing the firmware using a special tool on PC. This can be dangerous and if it's done incorrectly, you can "brick" your phone. Simply restart the phone and remove the stylus, then press the combination you have previously used. The phone will enter Recovery Mode. Select Wipe Data/Factory reset using volume buttons then select with Power Button. The phone will restart its default settings and it will not hang anymore. This was caused by a bad application which was not compatible with your phone.
