In my Micromax A116, 4 days old, SIM card gets disconnected from network automatically resulting in no outgoing or incoming calls. It works well after switching off and on the phone. What should I do?
Most likely there is a faulty PIN from the SIM card input. Please wipe the SIM card and carefully input the card into its spot. Also, make sure that in the settings menu, network registration is performed automatically. In other case, it's a hardware problem and you need to take the phone to warranty service. It will be repaired or replaced entirely.
