Express Scribe free software problem.

Question

My old computer died, which was an HP running on a 32 bit Windows version, and I used Express Scribe on it. I now have a new computer, Dell Alienware. I downloaded Free version Express Scribe for it and it doesn't work. Does it only work on 64bit now? Also, can I add extra bits to my computer?

Express Scribe has support for all Windows versions (7, XP, Vista, and 8) on both 32 and 64bit. The problems regarding compatibility can be excluded because, as you can see, the software is fully supported on all platforms. The best thing to do is to completely remove the entire application and everything related and download a fresh copy of the product. Make sure that when you're installing, the package is launched with elevated rights (Run As Administrator).
