I want to use Samsung apps but it asks to confirm password. When it enter the password, it does not work.

I want to use Samsung apps but it asks to confirm password. When I enter the password, it does not work. What should I do?

If you have problems with your Samsung account, please go to the web interface and use Forgot password? option to reset your password then try to log in again. If you encounter additional issues, you might need to contact Samsung Support.
