I found two apps I didn't download.

One of them is titled "Wireless updates" and it's constantly running. The other one I found was called "Google Play services" and also "Google Input".

You have nothing to worry about as all these three services are required by your phone/tablet to update applications over Wireless connections, to provide access to Store using Google Play Services and to chat or type in different languages using Google Input.
