You can restore the phone to its good condition using the Factory Defaults mode. You can do this using Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory Reset. Once you do this, the phone will restart, and then it will be restored to its initial setup.
On the other hand, you can use Titanium Backup to delete, backup, restore or maintain the condition of your ROM.
