My Canon Pixma MX370 printer shows a notice saying I should check ink u163 col and it can't operate. What should I do?

The printer is locked due to some unknown error. Please keep the Reset button pressed for more than 5 seconds and it will unlock itself. This operation completely resets the printer, clearing all the errors. If the issue persists, you might need to either take the printer to a service or replace/refill the ink tanks/cartridges.

Hi I installed my Canon Pixma MX370 Printer (brand new) successfully and printed successfully a few times. When I wanted to print yesterday it took in paper but when getting to the printing stage it says it is printing but no printing happens. I have gone over all the "troubleshooting" and tried all advice I could find but to no avail. Now it wont even do a test page. I have re-installed a few times now but nothing helps. Do you perhaps have advice for me?
