Since the phone is using proprietary software, you will need to take it to a local phone service because it can be unlocked using a 3rd party hardware unlocking box.
I have manually added eyverone in the family to the blog's registered user list. Everyone also has a personal web page and an email address on the site. I will continue to improve the site as I get the time.
