Scanning to Excel using a Brother scanner.

I have a Brothers ADS-2000 scanner. I can scan to PDF but want to automatically send the information from the receipts to an Excel file. Take part of the info and save from receipts to a spreadsheet. Can Brother software do this?

Yes, the support software can scan documents right to XLS format from versions 97 and 2003. You can then open the files using any Excel version. If you're using Excel 2007 or later, when you open the file, make sure to enable writing as you will be in compatibility mode.
