I have an old version of a program I bought in 2003. Is there any way I could get a new version?

I have an old version 2.0c that I bought in 2003. I still have my receipt from this. Is there any way I could get a new version? My computer won't run this older version.

Please use the details on the receipt and download a newer version of the software if there is one but 10 years have past since 2003. If it was a constantly developed application, it may be possible that you can download it again but as for the registration, I believe you need to re-download it again.
