I have an old copy of Publisher 2 but it will not load in my Windows Vista. Can you help?

I have an old copy of Publisher 2 but it will not load in my Windows Vista. Can you help? The CD is from 1996.

Windows Vista is a very "complicated" OS because of its well-known problems with compatibility, drivers, applications, games, etc. Also, the program will most definitely not work in Windows Vista since it does not have compatibility with this OS because of the year when it was released.
