Error login 5 while booting

I receive the following error while trying to boot:

The first error might be caused by a faulty cable. Please change the cable used with the device then try again. Also, the access violation error could be caused by corrupted registry files or the file itself which in this case it would need to be re-installed. Please perform this because as you can see the device is working properly.
