I need a tool like Cheat Engine for my Android non-rooted phone. Is there any available?

There is NO way to use Cheat Engine Type of App Without Rooting Because you need access to Ram to change values in it. Without Rooting you have no Permission to access Ram. Hope it answers your question.

You can use CE on an Android.

It's possible by installing a stripped Windows XP on your Android since it uses the least amount of resources. Then create a bridge using a Bluetooth emulator. After that using a tool called Super Bluetooth Hack will allow you to use CE over the emulated Bluetooth connection.

If you dont havee root.go to google sarch framaroot and on xda developers and downlad it install if you can and download teh apps

First off, rooting your phone DOESN'T void your warranty, it may seem like this because it trips knox or the binary counter. When you root and install superuser, it will remove the knox counter making that safe, and you can install Triangle Away by Chainfire to remove the binary counter. I have returned a rooted phone, and they checked only for the counters, which seems that's all they do at verizon, so I was fine even w/ my phone rooted.

We're just suggesting game killer.. If you know how to use a rooted device, it will perfectly fine..mine is rooted and i can do what i want,i can extend the internal memory of it,hmm..so if you want cheat then we suggest game killer.
