TMG Utility cannot directly open .sqz files, as they are backup files created by The Master Genealogist (TMG) software. However, TMG Utility can be used to work with TMG project files once they are restored from the .sqz format using the original TMG program. FH7, which refers to Family Historian 7, does not natively support .sqz files, so you would need to restore the .sqz backup in TMG first and then consider using a GEDCOM file or other compatible format to transfer the data to FH7.
