You need to use the Support website in order to obtain the device, but before doing this you also need to properly identify the model of your netbook. It's is written on the back of the laptop on the sticker attached. Use that model name and paste it in the search box from the support website. All your drivers will be available for downloading based on the operating systems you're using.
