How to control the .AMIC card inside of the ECLER DPA 1000?

Hi There I have connected the .AMIC card in the Ecler DPA 1000 Amp to a Win10 laptop via USB. CDM212364_Setup.exe and setup_eclercomm_manager_v1.10r3.exe are installed on the laptop. In EclerCOMM I have selected the ALMA24/ALMAcard device but the connection does not work: No compatible device has been connected to one USB port in this Computer.

Please con you help me out? Do I miss someting? Thanks in Advance

Use Ecler Amic not EclerCom, V.1.08 and up should work good. Sometimes the drivers needs to be installed apart. Folloew the PDF manual that you find in the main folder of the software.
