Will the programmer work on the SP200S?

I have an SP200S programmer. I would like to program some pic chips PIC6B595N and AT24C256. I have been directed to the Willar programmer to do this. Would it be possible to connect my windows 10 computer to the programmer and use the software to do this? Is or when will the programmer be available?
