For Importing Spray application data, do i use "As-Applied" as type of data?

Question

Trying to import data from a miller sprayer into summit. Application data from the spray is needed and i am unable to source a format that allows the data to be imported onto summit. The data files are in XML files, KML files, SHP files, and SHX files.
