How to delete event list of CCTV in eseecloud on Android?

Question

I use android phone. Thing i do is:

1. Format
2. Delete and reset via eseecloud apps
3. button reset on CCTV

The event is still there. In eseecloud apps i don't find any delete button. I try using different email for log in and add that cctv but the event list is still there. So how to delete it? I want it clean like new.
