I have Cannon i550 and the driver disk that comes with this printer will not install in my computer. My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit. The driver only talks about loading onto a computer with a Windows XP OS.
The printer installs its drivers through Windows Update. To enable functionality for the 64-bit, you will need to download a printer module. You can download it from the linked word. Follow the instructions of the package and restart your computer if necessary.
