Why I was not able to run Aginity Workbench for Redshift?

I downloaded Aginity Workbench for Redshift and installed successfully. The following error occurred on the license window. How to solve?

"Aginity Workbench for Redshift Licensing"
"Register"
Checked "My computer is connected to Internet. Submit the registration information to the Aginity web site online.

I got an Error Message: There was an error while trying to submit your registration information to the server. The error message was: The request failed with an empty response."
