MP3 encoding problem

I have recorded myself playing guitar over my BlackBerry. Now I want to try to upload my file to the site, but it says the song needs to be converted to MP3, have a bit-rate of 128 kbps and a sample rate of 44.1 kHz.

I've managed to convert it from .amv to .mp3 and the bitrate is set at 128 kbps, but I can't find any programs to edit the sample rate to 44.1 kHz for me. I have no computer to work from and have to do everything from my blackberry bold. I can't find any blackberry-compatible programs. Can someone please help me out?

I just need the files to have a new sample rate. I've done all the rest.

Thanks

I am afraid that you will need a computer to change kHz sample rate as most of the encoding/decoding applications have this feature embedded. In this case, I advise you to use an online service that has the possibility to change the sample rate. Upload your file, select the output format and sample rate and wait for the process to finish. Once finished, the file will be offered for downloading.
