I am unable to see pictures on my flash drive connected to the PhotoFrame

Each photoframe has different support for image files. Please consult the manual of your device for supported image file formats then format the flash drive to the required file system because sometimes this could be the problem and only then transfer your pictures in the format(s) accepted and it will work.
