The Adobe Flash Player was discontinued by the Adobe Corporation and therefore removed from Google Play Store. On the other hand, the device is not on the certified list of Adobe Flash Player supported devices but it can be downloaded from the archived page. Navigate to the page and scroll down to "Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives" and download the latest APK file and transfer it to your device. Install it and you should be ready to play Flash content on your tablet.
