I have one problem: I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium, but my FLC manager doesn't work on this OS. What should I do?

My Windows 7 Home Premium is a 64-bit version and the FLC Manager is used for setting data link for a WiFi access point. When I run it, the FLC application doesn't detect the data link device.

The first thing to do is to set Windows XP compatibility to your application. You can do this by locating the main executable of the program, right click on the file by choosing Properties and navigate to Compatibility tab. From there, choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 and click OK. Once you complete this, start the application again and see what happens.

I have performed a search for this particular software and couldn't find it on the developer's page which means that the application is delivered among with your product. In this case, you will need to contact the company to issue a new update for the software or to obtain clarifications regarding this matter.
