My AverMedia TV6 hybrid PCI-E Tuner supports only DVB-T & analog air signal. Where can I find drivers for digital Cable TV?

You don't need drivers for digital cable, you only need hardware that supports transcoding of the digital signal. In many cases the digital signal is distributed through the same cable as analog: only the sources differ.
