Free products are limited and recommended to avoid concerning video projects because you can't expect to have high quality results when using free product from this category. Instead you need a powerful application like Adobe After Effects because it offers a lot of tools to get the job done. Keep in mind though that it requires extensive knowledge to achieve something of this complexity.
On a side note, the application is shareware but a demo is available and it offers full functionality.
