In many cases the output is a bitmap. Bitmaps are generally not scanned by robots on text. I'm not aware of robots that actually trying to read text in the bitmap, but if they could there is a possibility that SEOs could process the text in your bitmap. In case you save the output in a PDF format, chances are that SEOs indeed read its content and use the information as you allow them to use it.
