How can I change the passcode on a VTECH 4CH MPEG4 DVR if I don't have the old passcode?

The default admin password is "0000" so you should use that to gain access to the DVR menu and system. Then you can browse the system and perform a Reset which will remove other passwords from the device. The admin passwords should be always the same for the cases like these where the user forgets the password.
