It seems that the antivirus/antispyware program detected the application as a trojan virus because the company deals with advertising and so many antivirus utilities threat advertising as potentially dangerous content. As it seems, the company is legit although it can't be trusted. If your antivirus detected it as malware then it is better to stick with this option and look for an alternative.
