How can I download winboard 2.25 for pcb layouts?

The latest update was made in 2008 and the official website is for sale, so I highly doubt you can find a woking download today. You can, however, try alternative programs like DesignSpark PCB, PCB Wizard 3 or ExpressPCB 7.6.
