What is the version of Sertel Time Management Suite I need to download?

We bought a GPS time sync server from Sertel through ABB India Ltd, Time zone set as UTC+5.30 that needs a change to
UTC+8. Could you please provide necessary configuration software and instructions.

GPS Server Details
Model: T-GPS-300-NTPS
Serial No: GPS-C/18/02-02
Voltage: 90-260V DC
